Community power to overcome corporate power.
The Problem
The energy sector corporatists spent over $485 million dollars lobbying in 2025, oil and gas alone spent over $150 million.
And what did these multinational corporations get? Exemptions from controls on lead, arsenic, and other waste chemicals poisoning our environment. New drilling options along our coasts and in our national forests, the suppression of green energy projects, and of course the misuse of our military to steal control of other countries' oil reserves valued at trillions of dollars.
The Act
Carpool and ride your bike!
Whenever possible ride that bike, take that walk, use carpools and mass transit and talk to those you are riding with. If you can invest in solar or an electric car or bike now is the time to go for it.
Encourage your town and representatives to invest in public transportation while you invest in yourself and your community.
The Outcome
Just a 10% reduction in American oil use will reduce revenues by $45 billion dollars. They will have spent $485 million to loose $45 billion which equals a bad investment. This the power that We the People wield.
